With 15 years of experience at national, European, and global levels, I offer a unique combination of regulatory expertise and insights into emerging trends in InsurTech and digital finance.

I have worked with leading institutions such as the European Insurance and Occupational Pensions Authority (EIOPA), the Ministry of Finance in Estonia, one of the world’s most digitally advanced countries, the International Association of Insurance Supervisors (IAIS) FinTech Forum, and the European Commission’s Expert Group on the European Financial Data Space. I also contributed to the work of the Council of the European Union during Estonia's EU Presidency.

I have led policy and regulatory initiatives on cutting-edge topics, including AI (e.g., the EU AI Act), open insurance (e.g., the EU FIDA proposal), SupTech, blockchain, innovation facilitation, and business model analysis.

I designed the EU Supervisory Digital Finance Academy, a training program that has equipped over 1,500 financial supervisors across the EU with the skills and knowledge to address the challenges of digital transformation.

In addition, I have organized high-level international workshops and roundtables, bringing together key insurance stakeholders to discuss innovation and regulatory trends.
